Below are properties “held in trust” by the listed counties.  These properties were either offered at a Sheriff’s Sale and failed to sell or were gifted to the County.  The properties are available for purchase.  The sale price is determined by the value of the property as assessed by the appraisal district or the sum of all delinquent taxes and costs of suit, which ever is less.  If you are interested in purchasing any of the properties listed below please contact the respective tax office.
